Parent-Teacher Interviews are taking place on Thursday, December 6th from 1-3 pm and 6-8 pm.  Parent-Teacher Interviews are a great opportunity to speak with your child’s teachers to follow his/her progress and find out how to support his/her learning.  This term you can make an appointment online as of Monday, November 26th.

To book an appointment time with your child’s teachers, we are using an online program called OPTIS (Online Parent-Teacher Interview Scheduler).  This is a quick and easy process for both parents and teachers.  The following is some information you will need when booking an appointment time:

If you have an account from a previous school year, you can use the same account and email address (if you forget your password, it can be reset on your end) and you can also add any new students to your account that may not already be set up.

If you are new to the program this year, you will need to make an account for your child(ren).  On the main page you will click on “New Parents: Start by clicking here”, then follow the prompts.  You only need one parent account per family.  Under quick links, you will add your child(ren) then you can book appointment times.  You would do so under “Appointments”.

Please remember, only one 10 minute appointment per child, per teacher.
