Washroom and Water Bottle Fill up Station Procedures

• Students are encouraged to bring filled water bottles to school each day.
• The teacher will schedule washroom and water fill up breaks as needed.
• Each bathroom has a maximum occupancy sticker on the door. If the bathroom is at capacity the students line up on the markers outside the bathroom.
• Students will be taught how to monitor when they can access the washrooms and water fill up stations.
• If the standing markers are full, students are asked to go back to their classroom and let their teacher know that the washrooms or water fill up stations were full so they can arrange for another time to go to one of these areas.
• Teachers will be required to monitor washroom usage and water fill ups by limiting the number of students leaving the room at one time.
• Each time the student leaves or enters their classroom they will be asked to wash/sanitize their hands.
• The water fill up stations are touchless which is helpful but they too will be cleaned and sanitized regularly.
